KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK Onsite Customer Calls: Visit customer locations promptly to inspect, diagnose, and resolve laptop/desktop technical issues. Hardware Replacement: Dismantle and replace components including motherboards, LCD screens, keyboards, hinges, thermal units, and batteries without physical or cosmetic damage. Service Center Work: When there are no active field calls, report to the service center to perform in-house repairs, component upgrades, and diagnostics. Operating System & Software Setup: Carry out fresh OS installations (Windows 10/11), software driver setups, data backup/transfer, and storage upgrades (SSD / RAM). Operational Flexibility: Adhere to daily schedules, assigned service priorities, and operational instructions given by the management team. Customer Interaction: Maintain professional behavior on customer premises and secure proper sign-offs and service reports upon call completion. Required Qualifications & Experience 6+ months to 2 years of proven experience in laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting. ITI, Diploma, or any Graduate degree with relevant hardware repair skills. Hands-on familiarity with laptop motherboards, screen replacements, and DC jack testing. Basic knowledge of multimeters and voltage testing. WHAT WE OFFER Essential Mandatory Criteria Two-Wheeler & License: Valid driving license is required. Candidates may bring their own vehicle (fuel allowance provided) or a company twowheeler will be provided. Punctuality & Discipline: High commitment to timely attendance for customer appointments. Integrity: Honest handling of customer data, devices, and inventory spares. Basic English reading skills for tech sheets and notes.
